- There was a dozen rolls sitting on the countertop in the kitchen. There was a little boy sitting on a stool next to them, eating them one by one.
- My classmate is a workaholic – she types up 5-page papers every week.
- My daughter was not feeling well so I picked her up from school – she became sicker when we got home.
- Mary looked for her younger brother for a hour – she finally found him under the willow tree. She had gone by that tree several times while looking for him but didn’t see him at all!
- I’ve been doing a lot of overtime. My boss keeps asking me to come in. I’m just totally exhausted.
- Melanie was told her parents would pick her up at 3. When they were delayed, she became worried. 4pm passed and she was panicky. They finally showed up at 5pm, late due to traffic.
- Wow, that priest has so much energy! I don’t know how he preaches full force every Sunday!
- My aunt is having anger issues. She gets frustrated over everything and blows up easily. She knows it – she will start going to anger management counseling.
- I don’t enjoy reading, but will do it if I need to – I can only read for a short time before I get restless.
- I love meeting other moms with kids at the park. We get together to chat but of course we do look over to make sure our children are still ok every few minutes.
