The Meaning of Texts

While onsite, you received a study binder filled with resources and references to help you throughout your interpreting career. This week as part of your English Skills lesson, read the article "The Meaning of Texts' in the INTERPRETING section of your binder. Reflect on the concepts discussed in the article and relate them to what you have learned so far in weeks 1 through 10 of Phase 2 in the Compass program.

Send a 2-3 paragraph, typed reflection to Compass@sorenson.com, in your reflection, consider you are sharing the information with an up and coming Coda interpreter, what would you want them to know about the process and how would you share the information so they understand?
